Agentic Client Onboarding System

Overview

The "Agentic Client Onboarding" system is the foundational lead-capture and conversion architecture for Zero-Shot Agency. Instead of traditional static forms, we deploy the [[onboarding-agent]] to provide immediate, actionable, and personalized Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) value to prospective clients.

Architecture

1. Ingestion

  • Input: The client provides their target domain URL via the Zero-Shot Agency website.
  • Trigger: This input triggers an API call or webhook that initiates the [[onboarding-agent]] in the background.

2. Live GEO Gap Analysis

  • Scraping & Parsing: The agent autonomously navigates to the provided URL.
  • Semantic Extraction: It uses BeautifulSoup and custom parsing logic to extract key semantic markers critical for LLM indexing:
  • H1 and H2 tag hierarchy.
  • Presence and quality of an llms.txt file (or lack thereof).
  • Overall content density and structural clarity as outlined in geo-semantic-structure.
  • LLM Querying: The agent simulates queries across major AI search engines (Perplexity, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to determine current brand visibility and citation frequency.

3. Custom Strategy Brief Generation

  • Synthesis: Leveraging the OpenAI API (or an equivalent reasoning model), the system synthesizes the scraped semantic data and the simulated query results.
  • Brief Creation: It generates a highly tailored "Agentic Strategy Brief" formatted in clean Markdown.
  • Output Components:
  • Current State: A summary of how LLMs currently perceive the client's domain.
  • Gap Identification: Missing elements (e.g., absent llms.txt, poor H1 optimization).
  • Actionable Roadmap: Specific geo-tactics and citation-mechanics necessary to achieve "Zero-Shot" authority status.

4. Lead Capture & Delivery

  • Delivery: The generated Markdown brief is either displayed live in the client's browser session or emailed directly to them.
  • Conversion: By delivering an immediate, high-value technical audit tailored to the new AI search paradigm, we establish absolute authority, prompting the client to engage our agency for implementation.
